How does published Schengen appointment registration work?
Select the Schengen C registration service and follow each instruction within its deadline. The embassy notice describes dates allocated twice weekly in registration order and sent by email. Check the form carefully before completing registration because recorded information cannot be corrected at the stated allocation stage.
Use the embassy’s appointment notice to reach the official system. Check hotel or host contact details and keep access to the email address you use. These are published procedural instructions, not confirmation that registration or intake is currently operating normally.
What can you prepare before registering?
Gather accurate personal details and settle the intended trip before opening the form. Keep a reference sheet for names, passport details, dates, contact information and accommodation so you are not guessing under time pressure.

- Do not share login credentials with someone offering a guaranteed appointment.
What if you have not received an appointment date?
The embassy notice asks applicants to wait for the e-Konsulat confirmation rather than email requests for an appointment date. An expected allocation schedule is not a promise of a particular date, and operational limitations may affect what is possible.
Do not interpret a saved form, payment to a private business or a screenshot from another applicant as your own confirmed appointment. Keep preparation, appointment allocation and the subsequent visa decision separate when planning your trip.
Are national visa appointments the same?
