Who can apply for the Saudi tourist eVisa?
The official Visit Saudi eVisa is available to citizens of listed eligible countries. UAE residence does not automatically qualify every expatriate passport. Applicants should use the official nationality checker; travellers outside the online list may need an embassy or another authorised route.
What can the tourist eVisa be used for?
The official terms describe short tourism and permitted Umrah use. It is not a visa for employment and does not cover Hajj. Business work, employment, family and religious travel outside the tourist conditions require the appropriate route and supporting authority.
What should applicants check before applying?
Confirm that the passport appears on the current eligible list, has the required remaining validity, and matches every application detail. Review insurance, accommodation, entry and stay conditions shown during the official application. Families should check the rules for minors and each traveller individually.
Which official Saudi sources should you use?
Use Visit Saudi’s official eVisa portal and terms for nationality eligibility, permitted purpose and application conditions. Religious-travel procedures can change around Hajj and Umrah seasons, so check current Nusuk and ministry guidance before booking.

Official permitted countries, passport conditions and purpose limitations.

How does DreamSphere help?
We check the likely route, explain the tourist eVisa boundary, review passport and travel details, and help applicants avoid inconsistent submissions. We cannot make an ineligible passport eligible, issue permits or guarantee entry.
What do applicants ask about Saudi visas?
These answers cover nationality eligibility, work restrictions, Umrah use and alternative official routes.
Does every UAE resident qualify for the Saudi tourist eVisa?
No. The official tourism eVisa route is available to citizens of listed countries. UAE residence by itself does not make every passport eligible.
Can a Saudi tourist eVisa be used for work?
No. The official terms state that it is for tourism or permitted Umrah and is not a work visa.
Can tourist eVisa holders perform Umrah?
The official eVisa terms allow Umrah, subject to current religious-travel rules, permits and seasonal restrictions. It is not valid for Hajj.
What if my passport is not eligible online?
The official registration checker directs ineligible nationalities to contact the nearest Saudi embassy or use another appropriate official route.
Can DreamSphere guarantee issuance?
No. Saudi authorities decide eligibility, issuance and entry. DreamSphere provides private route and document guidance.
