What is a business visitor visa?
It is a short-stay route for activities the destination expressly permits, such as attending meetings, conferences, trade fairs or contract negotiations. The route does not automatically allow productive work, local employment or paid services. Some countries use the same visitor category for tourism and business but apply different activity and evidence rules.

What should a business travel file prove?

How is business travel different from employment?
A visitor may carry out only the listed permitted activities. If the traveller will fill a role, deliver services to a local client, receive local payment or perform hands-on work, a work-authorised route may be required. The job title alone does not decide this; the actual activity does.
