What happens after you choose a destination?
DreamSphere converts the destination into an itinerary and commercial scope. We check routing, live hotel and transport availability, activity operating days, passport and visa considerations, then send options with assumptions and supplier terms. Nothing is treated as confirmed until the quotation is accepted and its payment conditions are met. Any later change follows the relevant supplier’s amendment and cancellation rules.

What do travellers ask while browsing tours?
The key questions are whether a departure is fixed or custom, why prices need live checking, whether flights can be included and how multi-country planning works. These answers describe DreamSphere’s general approach. The destination quotation remains the source for the actual itinerary, price, availability and booking conditions.
Are these fixed group departures?
Most DreamSphere enquiries are handled as custom independent trips. A destination page may also describe a fixed itinerary or group option when one is genuinely available. The quotation will identify the travel format.
Why are live prices not shown on every tour?
Package prices depend on dates, occupancy, traveller ages, flights, hotel inventory and exchange rates. Displaying an old starting price can be misleading, so DreamSphere provides a live quotation after receiving the basic travel brief.
Can flights be included?
Yes, where requested and available. The quote should state airline, route, baggage, fare conditions and ticketing deadline. A land-only package can also be prepared when travellers prefer to book flights themselves.
Can DreamSphere plan a multi-country trip?
Yes. Multi-country routes are practical when border rules, transport links and trip duration support them. We avoid adding destinations merely to make the itinerary look larger.
