What costs need separate confirmation?
Ask for a clear split between flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and extras. A flight-inclusive quote should identify baggage and fare conditions. A land-only quote should state that flights are excluded. Hotel breakfast does not mean all meals are included, and a driver does not automatically include admission tickets or a guide.
Visa fees, the applicable Bali visitor levy, travel insurance, optional activities, personal spending and unlisted meals should be treated as additional costs unless expressly included. Yes. The proposal can combine an Ubud villa or hotel with a coastal resort. We confirm the property, room category, meal plan and transfer arrangements in the quotation.
Are honeymoon benefits guaranteed?
Only benefits explicitly confirmed by the supplier and included in your booking are part of the package. Tell us your wedding date and preferred experiences so we can check any conditions or supplements.
Can I change the itinerary before booking?
Share the changes you want and request a revised quote. Flights, hotels and tours are subject to availability; a revised route may change the total and cancellation conditions.
What happens if an activity cannot operate?
The applicable supplier terms determine the alternative, rescheduling or refund. Ask for weather-related cancellation terms before paying, especially for boat trips and outdoor activities.
